Every school approaches curriculum mapping differently. Your school’s specific curriculum goals, your school’s particular needs in terms of curriculum and instruction, and even the individual demands your instructional team is facing can all have an impact on what you accomplish from year to year. While there are some common practices and general phases a curriculum mapping initiative will generally achieve, how those practices and phases will play out in your setting will vary. The key to moving forward is understanding where you are, how you got there, what you have the capacity to do next, and, then, how to do it. That not only requires an understanding of the unique dynamics of your school, but it also requires a clear understanding of the Curriculum Trak platform. The Curriculum Trak annual review service is offered for a $75 fee. This service includes a one-hour web conferencing session for up to three curriculum leaders at your school. During this session, we will explore the relevant tools you can use to review your curriculum mapping progress thus far, discuss the specific steps and best practices you can employ to move forward, identify any technical changes you may need to make to your account to support your efforts, and point you toward specific training or professional resources that we believe will help to get your instructional team on board. In addition, we would be happy to highlight schools or CT certified users who have achieved similar goals to consider for even more collaboration opportunities.
