The latest enhancement to the Lesson Planner we want to focus on in this post will also help teachers in their weekly lesson planning. Some teachers find that a single lesson plan may span multiple days requiring a single lesson plan to be attached to multiple dates. We wanted to make that process easier. In addition to the date boxes that have always existed when viewing a single lesson plan from the My Lessons Database, there is now a “Use Date Range” option allowing the teacher to enter a start/end date for the lesson plan. So, teachers now have the option to identify the specific dates a lesson plan covers one day at a time as they always have, or they can select the first and last date of the range allowing Curriculum Trak to fill in the dates in between. This feature will account for weekends and “No School Days” set in the system.
If you have any questions about these features, you may learn more about some of them here, or you may contact support. If you are not using the Curriculum Trak Lesson Planner, it may be worth considering. For more information about adding the Lesson Planner to your account click here.
